David's connection with ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp began at 19, started by his mother, an LVN at La Paz Geropsychiatric Center. He began as a CNA for three years, followed by six years as an LVN. David's mother also introduced his sister to ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp, fostering a family bond within the organization. David's path led him to the LAOA program, where Josie facilitated his transition, opening doors to personal and professional growth.
