About the Program: ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp Willow Rock Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) provides psychiatric crisis stabilization and initial psychiatric treatment for adolescents ages 12-17 in ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp County who have limited or no insurance, or are referred by Kaiser. ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp Willow Rock PHF provides a safe, therapeutic, secure inpatient environment for adolescents experiencing a mental health emergency. Services can be provided on a voluntary or involuntary basis and link individuals with ongoing care in the community to prevent re-admission.

Willow Rock’s program is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that provides assessment, symptom reduction, medication services, discharge planning, and resources and supports development. We provide an environment where residents have increased control, responsibility, and choice, supporting their ability to build relationships and reintegrate into the community.
